1. THIS BLOW

 Materials Needed Per team  Paper cups of Medium size – 15
 Balloon- 1
 Table - 1

Instructions

 Set up 15 plastic cups in a row across the table.


 When the clock starts, player may grab the balloon and begin to blow it up.
 Player may only knock cups off the table by using air from the balloon and must always
stay on 1 side of the table.

2. SPOON FROG

 Name of Activity Spoon Frog


 Time Needed 5 min
 No of Players 1or 2 /Team
 Preparation Needed (Ahead of Time):  Line up the cups across the table
 Place the spoons in a pile at one end
 Materials Needed Per team  Glass Medium size – 5
 Tea spoons - 6
 Table - 1

Instructions

 The player stands in front of the table near the pile of spoons.
 When the timer starts, she places a spoon in front of the first cup with the spoon end facing
her.
 Place the second spoon, facing the same way, so that the bowl is resting on the end of the
first spoon.
 Then give the bowl of the first spoon a good smack to send the second spoon flying.
 Keep sending spoons into the air and try to get them landing into the cups.

3. PUDDLE JUMPER
 Name of Activity Puddle jumper
 Time Needed 3 min
 No of Players 2 /Team
 Preparation Needed (Ahead of  Place 5 of the drinking glasses in a row, a
Time): few inches from the edge of the table. These
are the starting glasses.
 Measure three inches across the table from
the first glass and place other 5 drinking
glass parallel to first glass.

 Materials Needed Per team  Full Cups of water – 10


 Ping pong balls - 5

Instructions

 The player stands at the table near the bucket of ping pong balls and the first pair of
glasses.
 Grab one of the ping pong balls and place it in the first glass of water. Then, without
using your hands or any other body part, get the ball to "jump" into the glass of water
directly across from the one in which you placed the ball.
 If the ball drops without making it into the other glass, replace it with a new one and keep
going.

4. FIELD GOAL

 Preparation Needed (Ahead of  Place the cup on the table upside down
Time):  Keep the center or ruler on the base of cup.
 Materials Needed Per team  Wooden ruler 30 cm- 1

Instructions

 Two players from each team will stand at the end of the wooden ruler.
 When the time starts the players will start to build the tower of four paper cups.
 If the cups falls in between players have to start from the beginning.
5. STICK THE LANDING

 Preparation Needed (Ahead of  Fill the 2 lit bottle with 1/3 of water
Time):  Keep the table 5 ft. away from the starting
point/foul line
 Materials Needed Per team  Empty 2 lit bottle - 1

Instructions

 Before the timer starts, the player should be standing at the foul line facing the table.
 The player picks up the 1st bottle by neck end and throw must be under arm.
 The bottle should land upright on the table

6. BACK FLIP

 Name of Activity Back Flip

 Preparation Needed (Ahead of  Place the table in row leaving about a foot
Time): between each one.
 Keep 3 pencils on each table.
 Materials Needed Per team  Pencils - 12
 Table - 4

Instructions

 Use one hand to flip and catch the pencils.


 Flip the pencils up in air and catch them and carry to the next table.
 Do it until you catch 12 pencils.

7. ON THE HOOK

 Tie a thread about 20 cm at one end of the
pencils and tie paper clip at the free end of
thread
 Place three empty cans on one of the table

 Thread of 20 cm-1

Instructions

 Hold one end of the pencil in mouth and with the help of hook shift the empty
cans from one table to another.
 Make a triangular shape using the three cans before time runs out.

8. MINI STACK ATTACK

Instructions

 When the timer starts pick the cups from the stack of cups and begin creating triangular
shaped tower.
 After creating the tower, stack the cups again.

9. OFFICE TENNIS

Instructions

 Two players from each team will face each other holding the clipboard.
 Start hitting the ball back and forth as in tennis and move towards the trash can.
 When close to the trash can, hit the ball in to the trash can and repeat it 5 times.

10. FACE THE COOKIES

Instructions

 Lean your head while sitting on the chair.


 Place the Oreo cookie on the center of the forehead
 Only use your face to move cookie from your forehead to your mouth.
11. CHRISTMAS CLIFFHANGERS

 Name of Activity Christmas cliffhangers

 No of Players 1/Team
 Preparation Needed (Ahead of  Fold the A4 paper in the form of tent
Time):  Keep 5 such paper tent on the table in a row
 Materials Needed Per team  A4 paper tent- 5

Instructions

 The player has to blow the paper tent one by one off the table.
 Repeat the same until you blow the entire paper tent off the table.
 The first to finish the task will be the winner.
