2. Only a Primary Applicant can initiate an address change request.
3. Please attach relevant proof of address. Refer to ‘Important things to know’ for a list of valid proofs of address.
4. Attach a copy of your visa if your country of residence has changed.
5. In case your address is of a blood relative’s and you submit proof of it, please fill in the Blood Relative’s declaration.
6. An e-mail that will alert you to the status of your request would be sent to your new e-mail ID mentioned above.
