We may make early offers on the basis of school examination results (i.e. before you have written your final school leaving
examination). For this reason we strongly encourage you to send in your school examination results, using the five parts
of this form. Please note that we require examination results and not term results.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY ACCEPT SCHOOL RESULTS SUBMITTED ON THIS FORM.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND COPIES OF RESULTS ISSUED BY YOUR SCHOOL.
Please follow the instructions below carefully:
• Complete Part 2A if you are at school in South Africa. All applicants from school must complete Parts 2B to 2E.
• If you have Grade 11 end-of-year results, but have not yet written any examinations in Grade 12 (or have not yet received your results for these
examinations), please complete Form 2B and send it in as soon as possible (remember, your Grade 11 results must be certified by your
school principal). DO NOT WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR GRADE 12 RESULTS BEFORE SENDING IN FORM 2B.
• When you receive your Grade 12 April results, complete form 2C and send it as soon as possible.
• Use Form 2D for your Grade 12 June results. Again, your results must be verified by your School Principal.
• Use Form 2E for your Grade 12 September or mock matric results. Again, your results must be verified by your School Principal.
