API 1102 Pipeline Design Calculation

This document provides calculations to check the design of a 36-inch pipeline crossing an unpaved track. It summarizes the input parameters such as pipe material properties, soil properties, and load specifications. It then calculates stresses on the pipe from internal pressure, soil loads, and wheel loads to check that the effective stress and fatigue stresses are below allowable limits. The design is found to be acceptable with safety factors above 1 for both stress and fatigue.
