A. Evaluate the information provided in the career webpage and identify areas of
improvement.
The information provided in the website, although exhaustive, looks scattered all over with place.
Website navigation is not smooth as far as careers related information is concerned – creating confusion
in the minds of prospective applicants. Also, if a candidate required any further information or
clarification regarding the job openings, he would not be able to do so as the website does not have any
contact details to reach out to the concerned person.
Areas of improvement are:
 The “Careers Section” of the company should be on the main website – to make it easier for
people to look out for job related information. The “Careers Section” is not available on the main
landing page of the website [Link]. You find the page only when you make a
separate search on Google as “careers at Max Bupa”.
 All the careers-related information should preferably be at one place. This is not the case as far as
Max Bupa website is concerned. This is very confusing to the prospective candidates. For
example, there are two separate links for job related information. One, the [Link]
website itself and the second is [Link]

Key Responsibilities

a. Achievement of Business Plans

 Ability to manage all the parameters of their business;

 Recruitment

 Premium Collection

 Case Rate and Case count

 Ensure that the Agents are engaged, motivated and productive by forging a strong
relationship

 Ensure that Agents are constantly inducted, activated and productive

 Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agent’s income exceeds benchmark

 Drive the R&R schemes floated by HO, ZO and branch

 Support the Agents in liaison with the HO for addressing their requirements/ concerns

 Being fully compliant to all the norms laid down by the regulators and the company

 To achieve product wise targets & profitability

 Understand the Agent’s business in depth and seek opportunities for business development and
revenue generation

b. Team Building

 Goal setting of all Agents in the team

 Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the relationship they are
managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals

2. Senior Manager - Compliance Mid Office (Non Sales)

 Clear understanding of IRDAI Outsourcing Guidelines.

 Check each and every transaction & ensure 100% compliance to procurement policy,
Outsourcing policy & Regulatory guidelines with respect to the vendor agreements and
payments.

 Coordinate with business users & ensure all 100% performance evaluation of active

 Lead quality projects for monitoring of SLAs and drive process improvements Perform ABC
analysis on vendor base to ensure monitoring of maximum coverage based on materiality

 Validate all the transaction records and help the team in preparing different reports and
dashboards highlighting the gaps

 Provide data requested by other stakeholders & auditors

 Proactive approach and focus on meeting agreed internal SLAs.
