 Before retrofitting Load Plan/ Safe Load Plan.
 After Retrofitting Load Plan/ Final Load Plan.
8. Approved Immediate Propping layout. (Not applicable)
9. Hard copy of Engineering Assessment Report including all relevant
documents. (Available)
[Link] test report (Core, Rebar and Soil test). (Concrete test, rebar test and
soil test are available)
[Link] investigation and repair methodology report.

12. Retrofitting related documents ( Not Applicable, This factory is newly


constructed, there is no requirement for retrofitting as per design report)
 All approved retrofitting drawings.
 Mix design (cement, sand, Coarse aggregate, water, chemical agent)
maintaining register book, Chemical usage (micro concrete, epoxy,
etc.). All document must be supervised by consultant engineer and
register and recommendation must be followed.
 Retrofitting progress report and completion timeline.
 Materials test result/report of retrofitted elements (cylinder test report
from every batch).
 Clearance certificate from consultant (If retrofitting works have
completed).
 Pictorial evidence ensuring proper implementation of retrofitting.
Any other required documents not mentioned above.
