Consequences
Individual: Turn-in card Behavior system

Green Card= Great work today! This means that they did everything that they were supposed to do.
Everyone in the class should end the day with this card.

Yellow Card= Warning. This means that the student was disruptive and not following instruction.

Orange card= Second Warning. This is when the student is continuing to misbehave.

Red= A phone call home. Also Lost of opportunity to participate with the rest of the class in class rewards
such as listed in the previous slide.

NOTE: During the orange card phase, I will talk with the student one-on-one to get to discuss the action.
I want them to understand why they are getting an orange card and I want to hear why they might be
misbehaving. Before I give them a Red card I will talk with them once again before calling home to give
them one last chance to explain their reasons for misbehaving. I will then compromise with them that if
they can behave and perform well for the remainder of the class, I will avoid calling their parents.

Group/Classroom

Loss of opportunity to participate in the group rewards.
