Community- Based NSRC Reservists of this Barangay pursuant to Section 6 of the
Implementing Guidelines an Procedures (IGP) on the Development, Organization,
Training, Administration, Utilization, Mobilization, Operation, Accreditation, Protection
and Funding of the National Service Reserve Corps (NSRC) as provided for under
Section 13, RA 10121.

This certification which is issued free of charge by this Barangay to Mr. Rico O.
Rodriguez Jr. shall form part of the requirements for graduation pursuant to the above
cited guidelines and procedures.
