4. THE CHARGES

4.1. See Schedule 2-3.

4.2. Charges are subject to the Charges Variation Procedure – see paragraph 3 of
Schedule 2-3.

4.3. Charges are subject to the invoicing procedure see Schedule 2-4.

4.4. Invoices shall specify the unique order reference which will be supplied after
contract award.

4.5. All Charges shall be payable by the CUSTOMER in arrear.

5. TIMETABLE
5. 1 Term

The Contract will commence on 29 August 2013 and shall run for a period of 3 years with an
option to extend at the Authority’s discretion for an optional year, following a review of the
service. This extension period shall be subject to:

a) The Tenderer maintaining levels of performance which are acceptable to the Authority
throughout the preceding contract period;

b) The fixed levels of pricing and value offered by the Tenderer continuing to represent value
and to be acceptable to the Authority for the extension period;

c) The organisational requirements of the Authority;

d) Any additional requirements following implementation and integration of associated CAP


Delivery Programme component solutions; and

e) Approval from Cabinet Office.

5.2. Implementation Plan as per Schedule 2-2 paragraph 4.

5.3. Acceptance Test Criteria as per Schedule 2-5.

5.4. Payment Profile as per Schedule 2-3.
