Scope of Work Statement
Complete disassembly of all Valves (master valve, lower valve & swab valve), Elbow ,Blind Flange, D.S.A, Tree cap from XMAS tree
(block) and various task such as power washing ,cleaning carried out on all ring grooves ,tree block ,elbow, blind flange & D.S.A .
inspection of ring grooves and repair are done .
3 replacement valve OF 7 1/16” X 5 K received from QP Cleaning, Hydro test@ psi 5000 carried out
On all three valves on both seat & shell for duration of (5&15 min's) and pressure holding was recorded with help of chart recorder. the
the complete assembly of all 3 valves with DSA, blind flange & tree cap on tree block was hydro tested @ a pressure of 5000 psi and
recorded on chart
Then sand blasting and painting 3 coat (Cameron green) carried out on whole assembly of Xmas tree .
