ONE COMPONENT BITUMEN ( ASPHALT ) AND RUBBER BASED

WATERPROOFING ( WATER INSULATION ) PRIMER FORMULATION AND

PRODUCTION PROCESS

BITUMEN ( ASPHALT ) 650

SBR RUBBER 50

TOLUENE 300

PROCESS: Charge toluene in the process tank. Add rubber and mix. Melt rubber in
the toluene completely. Add bitumen ( asphalt ) and stirring. Continue to stirr until
mixture is homogenous. Homogenous is enough. Process is completed.

NOTE: Amount of ingredients used above formulation can be changed depending


condition of market.
