This 2-day program aims at providing the participants skills to identify potential
risks in all areas.

4. Training Methodology
A range of training methods will be used to make this workshop an interesting,
enjoyable and productive experience for all participants. These methods will include
short lectures and presentations, case studies, individual and group activities, Role-
Play, Case Scenario Analysis and group discussions. Active participation will be
encouraged throughout the programme.

The duration of this programme is 2 days each group
6. Number of participants
The number of participants for this programme will be 15-25
7. Language
The program will be delivered in English language. It is therefore expected that all
candidates will have a good level of English.
8. Timing
The training timing is from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with two breaks. However, the
company may alter the timings as per their training schedule.
