EPISODE 1 REFLECTION
In this episode, I have learned that being a teacher is not an easy task, aside from
preparing the lessons every day, teacher must really possess good qualities to become an
effective teacher to the students and to be a good worker in the community. There are so
many qualities that a teacher must possess and in order to do that, a teacher must really know
how she/he well.
A teacher must need to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually prepared at
all times and at all places. What a teacher does a teacher shows reflects of who he/she is. I
learned that I have to be alert, fair and dedicated to my profession as a future teacher. I must
think of my students first before anything else, I must assure that everything that I do and
teach is for the betterment of them and to help them to grow and to help them to face their
everyday lives. As a future teacher, I should act accordingly and be obedient to the rules given
by the constitution. I should be copying for those teachers who acted wrong in front or to their
students. As a future teacher, we must know what is right from wrong and we must make sure
that what we are doing can’t destroy our reputation and the whole teacher’s community.
Sometimes, student’s attitudes are based on the teachers, if they like the teacher then they
will be doing good but if not, then they will do the opposite that’s why, we really have to make
sure that we are treating them well fairly.
When I become a teacher, I will make sure that I do possess those qualities and I will
never forget to give respect to my students because we know that each one of them is unique
and has their own abilities and skills. And lastly, I will be dedicated to my job all the time so
that I can do well.
