Dear Sir/Ma’am:

Good day!

This pertains to the result of the PNP Joint Anti-Bank Robbery and Cyber Crime
Coordinating Committee meeting dated _____________ wherein one of the issues
discussed is the number of Banks which do not have security guard/s on post during
night time.

In this regard, as this Station observed that your Bank has no security guard on
post at night time, the undersigned would like to request your good office to consider
having at least one as an added security measure.

While we, the men and women of _______________, places our best foot
towards combatting criminality particularly the occurrence of Bank Robbery in our
Municipality, we admit that our force is not sufficient to guard the whole of the
Municipality. So that at times, some criminals manage to skip through our patrolling.
Hence, the importance of having to post a security guard to look after your bank.

request and we hope to become your partners towards maintaining a peaceful conduct
of business.
