This Technical Engineering Report (TER) focuses mainly on the electrical
system of RO plant in phase 1 with 3.75 MVA transformer capacity where
its largest motor loads are located. It will presents several design
calculations such as feeder, short circuit, voltage drop and load
calculations. It also covers different design analysis like load flow,
protection coordination, harmonics and arc flash. The results will be
assessed and compared with the initial design in order to validate the
electrical system of the plant is properly sized and rated. Lastly, all
observations and findings in each analysis, including discrepancies and
inappropriate design will be discussed for adequate recommendations.
Chapter 1 – Introduction
Synopsis:
In this chapter, the proposed title will be described in detail including its
history, concept, location, and its objective. This part will also discuss its
coverage and the limitations in the electrical works, which mentioned and
enumerated as follows.
