Project Title: LCD PROJECTOR FOR SHS STUDENTS

II. BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS (RATIONALE)
This project was conceptualized due to the absence of LCD Projector which is an
urgent and indispensable equipment needed for Senior HS teachers.
The school for so many years has no ICT equipment as an aid to deliver among
its learners with emphasis the different learning concepts, theories and skills in a
most convenient and verifiable way using visual presentation.
Thus, teaching techniques of teachers must be at par with other private teaching
professionals using the advance method of ICT integration.
III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
OBJECTIVES STRATEGIES
1. Provide students concrete - Slide preparation or video presentation of
evidence of learning using ICT lessons prepared by each subject teacher
integrated lessons who will use the equipment.
2. Assimilation of learnings with the - Evaluation of students on the quality
aid of ICT equipment; of instruction initiated by the teacher.
3. Provide teachers with - Evaluation of teacher on the ease and
convenience in delivering his/her convenience of teaching the lesson
lesson using ICT equipment.
IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT
The integration of ICT in teaching-learning process can have a long lasting
motivational effect among students more especially in the field of Pure and Social
Science, Language and Mathematics;
The effects of learning among learners can be overwhelming as seen in their
interest, participation and performances whenever visual and concrete examples
are taken into practical application;
Computer Aided Instruction’ has been seen to contribute improvement among
students performances;
Sophisticated instruction boosts confidence among learners especially in terms of
practical and psychomotor domains of learning;
ICT can promote learner autonomy.
V. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
In terms of introduction of computer-aided instruction to appropriate age level of
students, Senior HS learners are mature enough to respond and appreciate this
method of instruction;
Budgetary allocation is one of the big reason which can pose threat/hamper the
success of the procurement due to the category of the item which is subject for
procurement;
Solution to the above stated minor problem is the proposal of budgetary allocation
amounting to P 14, 999.00 and the expenses incurred more than the approved
budget shall be covered by Parent Teacher Association Fund.
