Understanding Communalities in Factor Analysis

This document presents the results of a factor analysis conducted on 15 items measuring two latent constructs. The analysis extracted two components that explained most of the variance in responses. Component 1 included all 15 items with positive loadings, while Component 2 included 10 items with negative loadings and 5 items with positive loadings. A scree plot was also generated to visualize the results of the factor analysis.
