Exit Interview Process Overview

An employee submits a resignation letter to their superior. The superior reviews the letter and can either accept the resignation or try to persuade the employee to stay. If the resignation is accepted, the employee performs an exit interview and submits an exit interview form to HR. HR then reviews the exit interview information and reports to management.
