In view of various requests/representations received by CIAL on the subject mentioned

Tender, the following clarifications are issued

1. Siemens make in the PIBCV valves is accepted in the list of approved make subject to
the same meeting technical specifications.

2. It is clarified that the Comprehensive AMC services doesn’t include 24/7 manpower at site
(Operations contract). Successful bidder needs to attend the breakdown calls immediately at
site and rectify the same as early as possible and need to the preventive maintenance as
scheduled below.

Check and record all data/power cable connections inputs are Quarterly
intact

Check and record all the extended alarms are available in the Quarterly
visual display

Check and record all alarm transducers are working properly Quarterly

Check and record all DDC controllers and its panels Quarterly
functionality

Rectify any bug identified in AMS software As and when it occurs

3. Periodical service reports shall be submitted on quarterly basis and billing also in the same
frequency, i.e quarterly.

4. Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract will only be applicable to the systems /Items
installed as part of this Tender
