This is to certify that the undersigned has rendered the following


services for the above stated period, to wit:

2. Appeared as collaborating counsel for the Province of Davao del


Norte;

3. Assisted the Provincial Administrative Investigation Committee in the


preparation of drafts for pertinent documents;

4. Rendered legal advice during Barangay Tax Forum;

5. Rendered legal service during Proposal for Market Values ;

6. Assisted in the Comprehensive Legal Assistance Program(CLAP)
