MR.

REY LATINA
President, Asia Movers Corporation
Vitas Tondo, Metro Manila

Dear Sir:

I am very grateful that I have been given the opportunity to part of this community to impart my skills i. In the same
manner, I have learned a lot from my experiences, colleagues, and heads in this company which greatly affect my
whole-being. I admit that I have enjoyed my stay in this loving family and I will always keep this in my mind and heart.

It is very sad to say that at this point in time, I decided to express my resignation. I find myself insufficient,
incompetent, and ineffective with my duties and responsibilities as a dispatcher. I cannot comply with the tasks
assigned to me. Furthermore, I do not find myself happy with my work for my principles do not fit the company’s
beliefs.

I really thank the company for all the support I received.

My resignation shall be effective on April 01, 2014 (the end of school year 2013-2014).

God bless you!

Respectfully yours,

RICHMOND TRANCE FABROS
