Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we have been applied for incorporation of
company BHATTER BAMBOO INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED with all the proper
documents on 25.11.2017 vides SRN no. G64776164, subsequently on 27.11.2017 we
received a communication from Registrar of Companies (ROC) for resubmission of
SPICE form with proof of evidence of any utility service like telephone, gas, electricity
etc with house and road no. On 29.11.2017 again we resubmitted the SPICE form with
proper registered address proof i.e. NOC signed by the owner of registered office
premises i.e. by person whose name is mentioned in utility bill, electricity bill,
AADHAR card of the owner, Land patta. Subsequently ROC again asked us to
resubmit the form with the same reason.

In this connection, we would like to inform you that the


proposed registered office which is located at Laxmiposi, Gobardhansul, Dist:
Mayurbhanj, State Orissa – 757107 is a village area where no House no. and Road no.
has been allotted.

We further would like to state that we will also submit the GAS connection paper
where House or Road no. not mentioned.

In above circumstance as explained, we have all the proper documents of address


proof where only House no. or Road no. not mentioned.

We therefore request you kindly to take a lenient view against resubmission of SPICE
form.
