1 SCENE OF TRAFFIC IN LIMA

LUIS PILLACA: Good morning Peru, Luis Daniel Pillaca talks to you, the traffic
reporter.

Today we will talk about traffic in Peru. According to a recent study conducted by
Waze, the mobile navigation application, Peru ranked 33rd in the global driver
satisfaction index. The analysis studied the behavior of millions of active users in
42 countries.

Other countries such as El Salvador, Colombia, Panama and Guatemala were


also rated by the satisfaction index as the worst places in Latin America to drive.
One of the criteria taken into account was the time that a user delays in the
journey from his home to the workplace and vice versa. Other factors considered
were the frequency and severity of the traffic, the quality of the road infrastructure
and the safety of the driver (based on the frequency of accidents and road
hazards).

MISHEL : Thank you very much Luis now we go with our partner Josue Mendivil

2 CRIME SCENE IN LIMA

JOSUE: Good days, i am Josue Mendivil and here reporting about the theft that
was in a bank
We are with one of the witnesses we'll go to interview
JOSUE: Mark, you are as white as a sheet of paper. What happened?
MARK : I was depositing some money in the bank, when a man took out a
machine gun.
JOSUE: My godness, and?
MARK: He told us to lay on the floor. Then he asked the manager to open the
safe box.
JOSUE: What did the guy look like?
MARK: He looked normal, but nervous.
JOSUE : How do you know that?
MARK: Because he was shaking all the time.
JOSUE: Di he get the money?
MARK: No, he couldn't get it. When they were opening the safe box, the police
came in.
JOSUE: Did he resist the arrest?
MARK: No, he realized that he had no chance. There were ten policeman
pointing their guns at him.
JOSUE: What about you?

MARK: I stood up and finished my business there as fast as I could.

MARICARMEN : Thank you Josue now we give you a Lucero that speaks about
the climate

LUCERO: Good days i am Lucero i will speak about the climate
