Without any hesitation I would like to file a complain against Ms. Laisa S. de Francia for
her unstoped misdeeds against your lowly CADD-Operators. From the time we entered the
company, upon every single one of us she repetitiously uttered " panu kaya kita pahihirapan" in
other words she's trying to intemidate us with her superiority being our supervisor. She is the
kind of person who thinks ill things gainst her fellowmen. She is like a mentally ill person, its an
accusation I know, but its the only thing I could think of to describe her behaviour. She is a very
high minded person, I'm sure every one knows that even you. She talks nasty things regarding
sexuality in a joking manner but still improper maybe the way she delivers it, she is violent with a
heavy hands, she's a backstabber she even said " ang dapat sa mga chismosa pinapatay in front
of our former receptionist while we all watch, as if she is trying to embarass her. And it never
happened just once, most of us CADD-Operators whenever she speaks with us, she is making fun
of us, shes trying to make us an image of mockery in front of our co-caddops. Shes trying to
make us look like we're from province, that we act like as if we were just born yesterday, like she
is free to say anything she wants not minding whether it can hurt or destroy anyone's confidency
or mood or person or belief. Now tell me if it is a deed of rational person in his rightful mind. I
made this letter as brief as it is for you Ma'am not to get bored, and also to deliver this message
in accuracy.

In all honesty without any exageration of events, please help us to help her realize that
what she's doing is inhumane. We all personally applied here in this Company to practice our
field, to have a good relationship to my coleages to share our knowledge and help one another,
but it seems so wrong to see the truth that their is somebody who is making our lives misirable,
someone who makes us feel deprived of basic human needs, like freedom to talk to speak to
share idea to laugh to be happy. Why does she want to make us fell like we are in mars. She is
even making her own rules, in which she herself is transgressing it. Like being late, filing an OT
but doing noting, she's even spending most of her time gosiping all over the place with who so
ever she wants while her work that needs to be done is filing up. She is a shobiz-like person she
is putting her image above everyone, she is the most boastfull person we've ever knew, she is
making her own way of punishing people which she thinks she's superior, like the workers for
instance, she posted insulting an phrases on the walls of warehouse regarding sexual harrasment
which is kinda embarasing on the poor workers part, wherein she wrote saying "wag
mambastos kung ayaw mapagastos". Im not defending the workers for I myself was a victim of it,
its just that she did not think that not everyone was doing that, and worst, the day after that, we
heard things from old workers which are not pleasant and we felt guilty of she did. She should
have respected the admins actions regarding the issue.

This letter is already enough to convey our toughts colectively. The very reason of this
letter is to deliver our sentiments regarding the subject because we cant say it in front of her,
we're afraid of what she could do aside from what she already did to us. Please, help us on our
sorrows and grieves that we'ved endured enough already. I hope I had'nt said anything unjust on
her part, just please understand our prerogatives.
