Forum Sound Check Schedule:


1:55 PM: Performers and helpers arrive and begin load in, set up lights and chairs, etc.

2:00 – 2:10 PM: Band load in (includes moving drum set, piano, amps, etc. to their places
for the performance, as well as setting up microphones, cables and any additional
equipment (boom stands, music stands, etc.)
2:10-2:25 PM: Second performer sound checks

2:25 – 2:30 PM: Rhythm section switch

2:30 – 2:45 PM: First performer sound checks

2:45 – 2:50 PM: Clear stage, get extra chairs

2:50 PM: Doors open


NOTE: This schedule is NOT NEGOTIABLE and will be adhered to as closely as
possible. You will NOT have time to rehearse all of your songs as full run-throughs
based on this schedule! Please plan accordingly on being organized for your sound
check and respectful to the other performers so that everyone is ready to play on
time.
