HEC-RAS 4.1.0 Step-by-Step Guide

This document provides a tutorial on using HEC-RAS 4.1.0 software to model river hydraulics and calculate water surface profiles. The tutorial involves multiple steps: 1) creating terrain surfaces and river cross sections in Land Desktop, 2) importing the data into HEC-RAS, 3) assigning Manning's n values and boundary conditions, 4) running steady-flow simulations for different return periods, and 5) viewing output profiles, cross sections, and water surface elevations to analyze flooding results. The goal is to model flood levels in the river and output text files with high flood level data.
