Introduction
Today, almost all organisastion’s projects are characterized by increasing
complexity, different size, to be more environmental friendly and intensified
stakeholder’s involvement. Many projects face the difficulties to meet project
objectives & challenges in terms of, timely completion, cost, quality and revenue.
Understanding the project management process and character of project in early
stage become more important in managing successful projects.
This course is designed as widely accepted of project management knowledge and
professionalism that applied in many Projects. The training is emphasized on
providing practical skills in rationalizing proper project managerial actions in contect
of project activities. Hence, It is expected to provide better understanding the
