An anemometer is a device used for measuring wind speed, and is a common weather
station instrument.

A calorimeter is an object used for calorimetry, or the process of measuring the heat
of chemical reactions orphysical changes as well as heat capacity.

A DNA sequencer is a scientific instrument used to automate the DNA
sequencing process.

Dynamometer

A dynamometer or "dyno" for short, is a device for measuring force, moment of


force (torque), or power.
