Project Risk Management Plan Overview

This document establishes an approach for managing risks on a project. It outlines that the project risk management plan will define the methodology for identifying, evaluating, responding to and controlling risks, as well as the roles and responsibilities of those involved in risk management. It also notes that factors like the probability and impact of risks will be evaluated on defined scales, and that risks will be reviewed on a regular basis, such as weekly during project meetings or daily in stand-up meetings for agile projects. The plan establishes the format for reporting risks and the distribution of risk reports.
