This report is intended to communicate the job interests of Oscar Mauricio Noriega Navarro, He
left his last job for finding a better place where he could learn more things
Important things about a job
Oscar Noriega says that the best thing about a job is to learn new things because they will serve
the future, in addition to the emotional satisfaction of learning something new.

To work quickly or slowly

Oscar prefers to work quickly because he finds better results

Important things to the work environment


He thinks that the most important is the team, because they are the people with whom he
coexists and it is better not to have work indifference with them to work as a team and to
improve production.

Traveling or live in another city.


Oscar doesn’t like the idea of living out of here. Because all his family is in San Luis and traveling
to another country means leaving them and it would be very difficult for him.

Things Oscar likes to do.


He likes to learn, because it makes him easier his work and his activities, besides that he thinks
that learning helps him a lot for the future

- No, it isn’t, in reality is the third job interview in my work experience.
- So good, now, tell me about you, why would you like to work here?
- Sure!, I like to learn about everithing i can. I have Heard of you and the
processes you carry out, this is the reason why i want to work with you.
- Which are important in your work enviroment?
- Everithing, I like to have a good work enviroment, to form a good team with my
workmates and my chiefs.
- Sounds good, Do you know how to work under pressure?
- Yes, I like it, because i finish my earrings faster and better.
- This is good in you, How much preparation or training time are you willing to
spend?
- No much, a few weeks, as i said, i like to learn quick, then, i think i won’t have
any problema in learn.
- Well, I am reviewing your papers and I see that you have experience and would
easily carry out your work, Let me speak to my supervisor and we are in contact
tomorrow
- Yes, i don’t have any problem, thanks for your time.
