Enochian Alphabet & Numeric Equivalents

The Great Tablet

This apparently random sequence of letters is in fact a key to, well: everything. It is
constructed from four smaller tablets (or Watchtowers of the universe) representing
the elements of Air (upper-left), Earth (lower-left), Fire (lower-right), & Water
(upper-right), placed around a cross of Spirit (Union). Considering that Enochian
doesn't have upper and lower case letters, it seems strange that some letters are
capitalised, but it's all part of the master plan. The original colouring of Dee was
Air = Red, Earth = Black, Fire = White, & Water = Green, but the most common
system is by The Golden Dawn, below in English.

Once this has been created, the real fun (sorry, magic) can begin: extracting names.
Names have power, they can be used to summon and control things… dangerous
things… very dangerous things. You have been warned… proceed at your own
peril.
The tablet of Union can be read across or down to create 20 names: the Spirit
names are EXARP etc., whilst EHNB contains all the elements and is attributed to
Spirit.

Each of the 4 main tablets is split into four parts around a cross (line 2 & column
3), whose quadrant is reflected to an element in the same way as the whole; so for
example the upper-left of Air is Air-of-Air, the lower-left is Earth-of-Air, etc. The
cross itself contains the god-names for that quadrant, and the squares of the cross
are called Sephirotic. From here things get really silly… er, interesting.

 The God-name of each tablet is in the centre line but split into 3 names of
lengths 3, 4, & 5, giving oro, ibAh, & aozpi, etc..
 Each quadrant's God-name is in that quadrant's centre cross, so Air-of-Air's
are ardZa & idoigo, Earth-of-Air are Oiiit & aiaoai, and so on.
 Great Kings (Whirls) are formed from a clockwise spiral beginning off-centre
on the middle line, producing baTaiVah for Air, iCzhihal for water, etc..
 The 6 Seniors of each tablet are uncovered by reading outwards from the
centre of each quadrant,
producing hAbioro, Ahaozpi, Aaozaif, AVTotar, hTmordA & hipotga.
 Kerubic angels are found in the 1stline of each quadrant (omitting the
central cross), producing rZla, etc., but then companions are created by
shifting the letters to produce Zlar, larZ, & arZl; they have dominion over
medicine (air), metals & stones (earth), transformation (fire), & living things
(water).
 These are ruled by an archangel whose name is derived from the first name
prefixed by the letter from the Black Cross (the plain one separating the
four large tablets) to give ErZla.
 Servient angels are summoned by the vertical God-name (idoigo) and
controlled by the horizontal (ardZa), and their names appear in the next
lines down, again with letter shifts, thus czns with znsc, nscz & sczn; they
have dominion over mixing of natures (air), changing of place (earth),
mechanical arts (fire), & understanding secrets (water).
 Finally there are Cacodaemons or elementals of evil influences whose
names are obtained by adding a letter from the Black Cross to the first 2
letters of the Servient squares, so for Air-of-Air they are: xcz, ato, rsi, & pfm;
but they are summoned and then controlled by different quadrant God-
names which are the existing ones spelled backwards (aZdra & ogiodi). So
now you know.

Don't forget, this is real magic, and potentially very dangerous.

Pentagram Banishing Ritual

 Stand facing North. Use either the Fire Wand, Air Dagger or thumb wand of
the right hand, to trace the lineal figure of the Pentagram.
 Touch the forehead and intone: NONCF KHYS (NOH-NOO-KEE-FEH KAH-
HEES; You are)
 Touch the phallus and intone: ADOHY (AH-DOH-HEE; Kingdom)
 Touch the right shoulder and intone: LONSA (LOH-NOO-SAH; Power)
 Touch the left shoulder and intone: BUSDYR (BOOS-DEE-RAY; Glory)
 Touch the breast and intone: YOYAD (EE-OH-EE-OH-DAH; Him that liveth
forever)
 Facing North, extend right hand with weapon or thumb wand, and trace a
banishing Pentagram, then do the Sign of the Enterer and intone: YAYDON
(EE-AH-EE-DOH-NOO, All-Powerful) come back into the Sign of Silence, then
assume the God-Sign for Puella, right hand open across the breast and the
left hand open covering the phallus, looking downward. Stab the Pentagram
in the centre and turn to the East.
 Repeat, but intone: GE-YAD (GAY EE-AH-DAH, Our Lord and Master) come
back into the Sign of Silence, then assume the God-Sign of Vir, hands closed
with the thumbs pointed outward and placed on the temples with head
tilted forward and down. Stab the Pentagram in the centre and face South.
 Repeat, but intone: ENAY (AY-NAH-EE, the Lord) come back into the Sign of
Silence, then assume the God-Sign of Puer, right hand bent upward at the
elbow left hand closed with thumb extended over the phallus. Stab the
pentagram in the centre and face West.
 Repeat, but intone: MONASKY (MOH-NAH-ESS-KEE, the Great Name) come
back into the Sign of Silence, then assume the God-Sign of Mulier, arms
outstretched with palms open and head arched back looking upward. Stab
the Pentagram in the centre and face North.
 Facing North in the centre of the circle, assume the God-Sign of Osiris Slain,

Hexagram Banishing Ritual

 Stand facing North with feet together, left hand at your side and right arm
extended and centreed with Fire Wand, thumb wand or crystal upright in
front of you.
 Face the East. Trace a banishing Air Hexagram (yellow), and intone: BUSD
DE YAD (BOOS-DEH DAY EE-AH-DAH; The Glory of God) vibrating one
syllable of this name with each angle of the Air Hexagram. Then assume the
God-Sign of Osiris Slain and intone: MYKMAH A-YAL PRG DE VAOAN, AR

Ritual Consecration Of Magical Instruments
 Stand at Altar facing East, announce: PROKOL, O PROKOL, PROFANY
BALASTY OMPEDA
 Perform the Pentagram Banishing Ritual and Hexagram Banishing Ritual,
using either Fire Wand, Air Dagger or thumb wand.
 Perform a Ritual Opening of the appropriate Tablet.
 Then conduct the proper Invocation for the Magickal Instrument. (See the
following Invocations.)
 After completing the consecration, close the temple by widdershins
circumambulation, doing the Sign of the Enterer when passing the
appropriate Tablet. Then perform the Pentagram Banishing Ritual.

Ritual Of Opening By Watchtower

 Stand at Altar, facing East, announce: PROKUL, PROKUL, ESTE PROFANY.
 Perform the Pentagram Banishing Ritual, using either the Air Dagger or
thumb wand.
 Perform the Hexagram Banishing Ritual, using unicusal hexagram.
 Go to South of Altar. Pick up Fire Wand. Wave it three times in front of
Tablet or Sigil, hold above head, and move slowly around the perimeter of
room, deosil (clockwise) intoning: OD MYKMA, NONKF URAN MALPRYG
PYRYPSAX ANANAEL. SOLPETH PRYAZ BYA PRGEL. (OH-DAH MEE-KAH-MAH,
NOH-NOO-KEEF OO-RAH-NOO MAH-LAH-PEE-AR-GEE PEE-REE-PAY-SAH-EX

 On reaching South, shake fire symbol three times before the Tablet or Sigil,
then make a large circle, tracing Invoking Pentagram of Fire within it, then
sign of Leo as Fire Kerub in centre, intoning: OYP TEAA PEDOKE (OH-EE-PAY
TAY-AH-AH PAY-DOH-KAY) VY PRYAZ OMOAS DE HUBAR, E VYN NONK DS

The Sigil Of Ameth

More of Dee's work, based on what was revealed to him.

The Sigil contains even more names: Agrippa's 7 who stand before God, which are
then transposed by various means to create even more; and Planetary Archgangels
are in the centre which are then used to form the 4 groups of 7 Angels (the groups
are Sons of Light, Daughters of Light, Sons of the Sons, & Daughters of the
Daughters).

The outer circle has 40 pairs of letters and numbers, with 7 letters capitalised as the
beginnings of even more names which are found by counting around the circle by
using the numbers: this produced Thaaoth, Galaas, Gethog,Horlωn, Innon, Aaoth,
& Galethog, but this added to 42 letters which wasn't what he wanted, so he
removed the double As in the first two names to make 40, which is where we came
in. Still with me? Good. Any letters not used to create names are conveniently
ignored, and Galethog was used as the basis for some more sigil-like images that
were placed around the outer heptagon, which would otherwise have been empty.

From here existing names were added and placed in grids to produce further names
by taking the letters diagonally or from the grid, and this results in "Names of God,
not known to the Angels; neither can [they] be spoken nor read of man." Also,
"these Names, bring forth 7 angels: the 7 Angels and Governors in the heavens next
to us", and "Every letter of the Angels' names, bringeth forth 7 daughters. Every
daughter bringeth forth her daughter, which is 7. Every daughter-her-daughter
bringeth forth a son. Every son in himself, is 7. Every son has his son, and his son
is 7."

A final WARNING which I cannot repeat often enough: this is real magic and
must be performed correctly, observing all the rituals. No, honestly, this is REAL!
If you wish to learn further spells, the best way is to relax and chant: "MM-BO JM-
