Wye-Delta Circuit Voltage Analysis

This document summarizes the results of an experiment on wye-delta connected AC circuits. The experiment successfully differentiated between line and phase voltages in the circuit. It showed that line and phase voltages can be represented by subscripts in the main equations. Additionally, the experiment verified circuit calculations for balanced resistive loads, showing the relationship between phase and line voltages is that line voltage equals the square root of 3 times the phase voltage.

CONCLUSION

1. In achievement of the succesful experiment that had been conducted, we are able to
differentiate between the line and phase voltage in wye-delta connected ac circuit. In
addition the line and phase voltage also can been known in symbol of the subscript of the
main equation;

I- EPHASE (EAN, EBN, ECN)

II- ELINE (EAB, EBC, ECA).

2. Next, it also been known through the connection of the circuit;

3. Furthemore, the circuit calculation for measured parameters in balanced resistive loads
are verified where the relationship between the phase and line are known as below;

ELINE = √3 EPHASE
