II. RATIONALE:
As one of the major Organizations of the College, it is the Engineering-
Architecture Students Associations (EASA) right and privilege provided in the
Student Handbook stating “Applications for fund raising activities must indicate their
specific purposes. Fund raising for the enjoyment of the organization members such
as parties shall not be allowed. With this, the EASA came up with the proposal
entitled LANYARD-INCOME GENERATING PROJECT, wherein this activity
will not just serve as an income generating project or fund raising project but will
serve as a service of the organizations to the students demand for course distinctions.
The activity will be participated by students willing to avail the lanyards. Funds
generated through this project shall be used for future services to the students of the
department.
III. OBJECTIVES:
1. To generate funds to be used as budget for future activities and services for the
students of the department.
2. To support the students demand for newer lanyards for easier course distinctions.

VI. GUIDELINES:
1. The design of the lanyards will be decided by the EASA Officers.
2. All students from the Engineering- Architecture Department are encouraged to
participate and avail the lanyards.
3. The EASA officers will take charge in the ordering and reservations of the
lanyards.
