solutions that challenged the status quo and influence management and shop floor teams.

Significant reduction in consumable cost and controlling rejection & reprocess by implementing
various cost saving initiatives like implementing :
o Fish-Bone Diagram and Why-Why analysis QC tools
o Best Kaizen implementation on the line
o Jigs And Fixtures
Implementing a new initiative of using Torque Wrenches 100% for tightening to overcome
various issues pertaining to loose tightening or slipping due to excess tightening
Initiating a new process of product auditing while assembling the valve to overcome customer
complaints.
Bolstering product development efforts by installing a valve testing machine to increase rate of
production and hence productivity
