Abstract: The Development Of Service System Of Licensing Investment Information Electronically


(Studies in the Departement of Investment and Licensing, Gresik Regency), The results of
research shows that planning information system development in the field of licensing
investment already done well because BKPM provide assistance some computer unit , printer
and a modem for the smooth the process of licensing service. Then a mechanism in based
service of this electronic can directly apply online portal website in bkpm [Link]
on a menu SPIPISE before doing registration requirement of licensing for the submission of the
use of the right of access SPIPISE investment in the permit. Then in its implementations the
development of service system of licensing investment information electronically is still there are
several obstacles such as server BKPM error often bandwidht network or less quick. So that
service process was slightly disturbed although positive impact with the development of this
spipise also very effective and efficient for users because the user could directly inspect the
licenses via online.

Abstrak: Pengembangan Sistem Pelayanan Informasi Perizinan Investasi Secara Elektronik (Studi
Pada Badan Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Kabupaten Gresik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa perencanaan pengembangan sistem informasi dalam bidang perizinan investasi sudah
terlaksana dengan baik karena BKPM memberikan bantuan beberapa unit komputer, printer dan
modem dalam kelancaran proses pelayanan perizinan. Kemudian mekanisme dalam pelayanan
berbasis elektronik ini bisa langsung mendaftar online di portal website BKPM
[Link] pada menu SPIPISE sebelum melakukan registrasi kelengkapan
persyaratan perizinan untuk pengajuan hak akses penggunaan SPIPISE dalam perizinan investasi.
Kemudian dalam implementasinya pengembangan sistem pelayanan informasi perizinan
investasi secara elektronik ini masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti sering error nya server
BKPM ataupun jaringan bandwidht yang kurang cepat sehingga proses pelayanan pun sedikit
terganggu meskipun dampak positif dengan adanya pengembangan SPIPISE ini juga sangat
efektif dan efisien bagi pengguna, karena pengguna bisa langsung mengecek status perizinannya
melalui online.
