In order to complete the report and retrieve accurate information from Banglalink we
interviewed some of the employees as well as some of our friends who completed
their internship in the company.

1.4. Rationale of the study
The report helped us to understand the concepts of business communication in the corporate
world. The analysis of the communication methods helped us to learn how to communicate
differently based on different business environments. These learnings will help us in
professional life to be a good communicator. Good communication skills help an individual
to be an effective leader.

The report is limited within a set of questionnaires for
data collection which might not
cover every aspect related to business communication.
The employees of Banglalink are not allowed to participate in any sort of survey. So
we had to collect information through casual conversations.
