Co-operative Innovation and Incubation Center

1. Exhibition space plus board rooms in sub-basement will lead to loss of parking.
2. Capacity of 50 exhibitions what is the area for 1 exhibition?
3. Digital Incubation Clarification for whether 100 computers or 90 computer tables? Or total of
190 computers?
4. Institute of Co-operative Development Clarification on statement Two 150 people and 50
people.
5. Computer Labs 6 desktops and 6 laptops for staff total of 12 workstations?
6. Cooperative Business Innovation & Incubation center - 1 with capacity for 25 work-stations each
How many in total required?

The Co- operative Museum Cultural Centre

1. Has the Childrens Library/Day Care Center been omitted?


2. University Press - Room with press equipments and desks(10 staff) and 5 big desks total of
15no. workstations? Purpose of big desk?
3. Sign Language Room How many labs?
4. Sign Language Room The instruction room to hold how many computers?
5. There are many facilities being asked to be provided on Ground Floor they may not all fit
there; and may lead to an increment in total built-up area.
6. Cultural Center Display area how large?
7. Cultural Center Clarification on no. of labs required, and each lab to house 7 offices? Are also
8no. instruction rooms required? Capacity of students for each instruction room?
8. Sign Language Room with same requirements is appearing on both ground and first floors.
Kindly confirm that it is not a repetition.
9. Music arts and culture Clarification on whether it is raked seating. Can the conference center
cater for this need in order to avoid increasing the area of the building?
10. Alumni office and meeting room - Rest rooms Three (8) for ladies, three (8) for gents, Two (4 )
for handicapped separate students rest rooms with staff Numbers are differing from what is
in brackets kindly clarify.

01. Basement
Elaborate on the Automated cloakroom for 600-800 people
02. Ground floor
Advice on the intended capacity of the assistive technology and resources
Expound further on the envisioned capacity of the first aid room and the extent of
services to be provided for.
03. First floor
Advice on the nature of ICT projects to be provided for/the kind of space envisioned.
Would the marker space be better suited in the Innovation center?
04. Second floor
Provide a schedule of offices for deans and chairs who have not been accommodated
elsewhere
