Dear Prosecutor Galang:

This refers to your letter to me Dated 17 July 2017 which state that our complaint has
been forwarded to the Ombudsman for Mindanao (OMB MIN) for appropriate action.
We are talking you for upgrading the said complaint.

We want to let you know, however, that very recently a joint order dated August 11,
2017 signed by Prosecutor Cruz-Likit of Ombudsman Mindanao was receive by our
Federation President Aleem Nasroden M.H. Salih Macapaar. Said order alleged that
within ten (10) days after the respondents has to submit their counter-affidavit so that
complaints can also make a reply within ten (10) days upon receipt of the said counter
affidavit.

Prosecutor Galang, we believe that the respondents failed to submit what is required by
them by the said office since until date we did not receive their counterp
