Sub:-E Proposed Audit Work for the said building.

Dear Sir,

The following represents the package for auditing the said premises for
structural soundness and stability.

Fees:
The chargeable amount would be 65,000 INR (Sixty Five thousand only)
excluding Service Tax.

Inclusions:
1) The entire building would be inventoried via a detailed site survey,
which would take 1 or 2 days. Each flat would be assessed for signs
of deterioration which includes leakages, concrete spalling, excessive
deflection, cracks and marked in the survey.

2) Deteriorations would be marked on the architectural drawings as well,


to easily identify and assess repair sites.

3) A report of the findings would be presented, which would be part


technical, and which would have prescribed solution measures as well
as approximate costs of treatment.

4) The report would be in a format compatible to current MCGM


standards.

Exclusions:
1) Cost of NDT is not included in the above. A separate quote can be
taken from a testing agency for conducting NDT. The following tests
should be carried out at atleast 1 location per floor to be proposed by
us

2) If drawings are not available, cost of creating as-built drawings not


included.

Prerequisites:
1) Architectural Drawings for the entire buildings are mandatory.
Architectural drawings of the entire building should be submitted 2
weeks ahead of the survey for our study. If Structural drawings would
be available, it would be highly beneficial.

2) Past records of works and repairs carried out.


3) NDT Testing to be done parallely via any standard agency of repute.
4) Access to the entire premises.
