Task 6: Pre-observation conference
After your pre-observation conference (after being interviewed about your upcoming
lesson), list:
the comments given to you by your classmate (or MST)
any changes that you will be making to your lesson plan
what you learned from engaging in this pre-observation conference
I did an interview with my classmate. She was with me in the class when I taught students. So,
she monitored me, and then she gave me a few comments about my teaching. These
comments are:
I should raise my voice, do more classroom management and ask students questions when
they make any error.
Next time, I will provide in my lesson plan more activities in different levels because this
process will be suitable to all students to do their best. Furthermore, I will review the lesson
to them in the end to keep the ideas in their minds.
I learned that I should have a teacher voice to engage students and get their attentions.
Additionally, if I make strong and very good classroom management rules, I will be able to
control them more and arrange them very well.
