Benifits of teenage jobs:-
Getting a job as a teen is very difficult and is becoming increasingly difficult with the
declining economy. With that being said, you should try really hard to get a teen jobs
because the benefits are tremendous. Aside from the obvious benefit of earning
money and having spending cash, there are dozens of other benefits of teens getting a
job Here are the things that one can learn if you take the plunge and get a job.
When you get a job you are learning to be responsible and this will help you in
college and as an adult. You will learn how to be on time and learn to follow through
on what you commit to. This will help you understand the responsibilities your
parents have and will teach the valuable lesson that you have to work hard for money.
Of course most people would prefer to sleep in but if you set that pattern for yourself
as a teen it may be hard to break when you are an adult. Believe it or not, I think that
delivering newspapers very early in the morning (4:00 am) when is was 13 and 14
helped shape my work ethic and taught me to be responsible. The lesson I learned is
that we all have to do things that we may not like. What I did like however, was being
able to buy my own car when I turned 16 from the money I saved up.
Another skill that I learned is to communicate if all types of people. When I was 16, I
worked as camp counsel. I had to communicate with the kids, my peers, my bosses
and the parents of the kids as well. This certainly helped me in my early career as a
teacher and can help you in whatever career you choose.
Another benefit that I gained was the experience and each job lead to the next one.
For example when I was applying for my camp position, they were impressed that I
delivered newspapers. When I applied to be a teacher, they were impresses that I had
over 4 years experience with kids. My point is that you have to start somewhere and it
makes sense to start as soon as possible.
In closing, teen jobs are very important for building skills for the future. My early
work experiences helped tremendously later in beginning my career and I think it will
help you too.
My dream job:-
If you could design your own dream job, what would it be like? Here are some thoughts abAt
my dream job,
ONE :-
I could immerse myself in the latest technologies and ideas, and spend as much
time as I wanted learning (and teaching).out mine.
TWO:-
At my dream job Marketing would not set my tasks and priorities. I would look
at what the customers needed instead.
THREE:-
We would not "prioritize requirements" and "scope tasks" at my dream job.
Instead, we would design/code, gather feedback, refine, and repeat.
FOUR:-
At my dream job, competitive analyses would be brutal and honest, not rosy and
fluffy.
everybody I worked with at my dream job would be above average.
At my dream job I would always have enough disk space, cpus, monitors,
hardware, software, etc. to do my job comfortably and efficiently.
My dream job would not require me to make up time estimates for things that
cannot be estimated, and then chastise me for not meeting them.
When fixing bugs at my dream job I would be free to fix them in the most
elegant way, not the most expedient way.
At my dream job everyone would be encouraged to participate in the outside
industry or community instead of being anonymous and hidden behind technical
support and public relations.
I would be encouraged to write blogs, articles, and books at my dream job, and
effectively use my knowledge to improve our products and services.
At my dream job, "play" would not be a dirty word. Neither would "strategy" or
"refactor".
At my dream job I could save as much email as I needed and would never have
to do housekeeping to keep my mailbox under quota.
I could use any standard web browser I wanted at my dream job and not be
locked into a certain one just because it comes with the OS.
At my dream job there would not be separate quality testing groups. Developers
would be responsible for the quality of their own code.
I could make source changes at my dream job without filling out a two page
form explaining what I want to change to someone with 1/10th my experience.
All the tools we used at my dream job would be open source, including
anything we had to write or modify ourselves. Custom/proprietary tools would
be replaced or open sourced.
Continuous integration and testing using industry standard tools would be the
norm at my dream job. In fact we’d be pushing the envelope on those standards.
At my dream job, I would be empowered to be responsible. People would take
my advice and I could see a direct link between what I did and the success of
the organization.
When I created something at my dream job, it would quickly find its way into
users’ hands so they could provide immediate feedback without waiting a year
or more until the next release.
My dream job would not require relocation, or much travel.
And finally, at my dream job I could write and promote open source software
used by huge numbers of people, and get paid for doing it.
MY FAV. SUBJECT:-
As a secondary student, I had to study many subjects but my friends used to advise me to
concentrate more and more on Science and Mathematics. But somehow or other, English
has become my favorite subject. My friends, relatives and even my parents were advising
me that there is nothing new to learn in the English Language and I was wasting my time
on English. Whatever the advice may beReading as a hobby itself is a great pleasure.
English has a wealth of literature unsurpassed by any other language. Studying more about
Shakespeare, Shaw, Keat and Hardy gives me an insight into human nature. I have come to
realize how a man would react to a given set of circumstances or actions. The more I read,
the more I learn in between the lines., English is still my favorite subject.
My love for the subject has inspired me so much that I may one day write my own play. As
a scholar rightly pointed out that reading enables man, makes one more tolerant to the
follies of others and bridges the gap between countries and cultures, I hope that it will do
so for me too.
SCHOOL UNIFORM:-
Every school is in essence a learning environment. That which aids learning is
acceptable, and that which hinders it should be unacceptable. Add to this the fears of
school violence and student safety and you can see why many school boards are calling
for school uniforms. In this article we will look at school uniforms and the potential
benefits and problems associated with school uniforms along with legal issues and
whether they are in fact truly effective. School uniforms range from the formal to the
informal. Some schools that have implemented school uniforms have chosen what one
usually thinks of in connection to Catholic schools: nice pants and white shirts for boys,
jumpers and white shirts for girls. However, most public schools are turning to
something more casual and more acceptable to parents and students: khakis or jeans
and knit shirts of varying colors. The latter appear to be more affordable too because
they can be used outside of school. Many school districts that have implemented school
uniforms have provided some sort of financial assistance for families that can not afford
the extra expense. Potential Benefits of School Uniforms

Decreasing violence and theft because of clothing and shoes
Instilling discipline among students
Reducing need for administrators and teachers to be 'clothes police' (for example,
determining whether shorts are too short, etc.)

Helping schools recognize those who do not belong on campus
Potential problems of School Uniforms
Students and parents argue that uniforms violate their freedom of expression
(see below for more about what the Supreme Court has to say on this)
Parents raise concerns about the cost
Families fear it might interfere with religious clothing like yarmulkes
TOPIC 2-ME AS A CONSUMER
ONE:- i like don;t lk shopping:::--------
Shopping is one of my pleasures. I like buying clothes, shoes, hats and so on, but I also like just
looking at those goods around the shops without buyingwhen I do shop I am very happy and I
feel my stress gets reduced, in a way. My shopping habits are a bit strange, I think. I can't easily
decide what to buy, so it takes me a long time to do my shopping. At first I don't buy anything
and stroll through the shop, looking around, talking with my friends etc.. When I find a piece of
clothing which I like, I keep it in my mind and continue looking for other nice pieces. At last I pick
up some pieces to choose from, and then I decide which one to buy. It takes me much time and
physical strength! But those are my basic habits... Some of my friends choose their clothes
intuitively; I am envious! After shopping I also enjoy thinking about the combination of the
clothes I bought with the ones I've already got. every time I go shopping with my family, I always
get them to wait. I can't decide easily which clothes I am going to buy.
