Introduction
Telenoetica Limited is actively providing solutions and services to companies in the Telecom
sector through specialized teams for Civil Engineering and Electrical Installations. Some of
our Major clients are Huawei, Helios Towers, CLIENT, ZTE and all Major ISPs in Nigeria.
Established in 2009, Telenoetica Limited is based at Lagos Nigeria and is expanding to East-
Africa (Nairobi).
Our expertise in telecom sector is clearly indicated by our product and service portfolios
that have been developed over a period of time derived from vast experience of our
technical and business consultants. We believe in delivering end-to-end business solutions
thereby creating competitive advantage in the market for our clients. We take pride in our

Over last 6 years in Nigeria Telenoetica has invested in and grown through three business
verticals.
Advance Engineering Services BV Nigeria telecom sector relies heavily on products
manufactured out of country. Repairs and returns to and from out-of-country factories is
a challenge and a natural wasteful process. Telenoetica developed and successfully runs a
start of the art equipment repairs center, with the ultimate vision to manufacture high
quality equipments in country. The repairs center reduces turn-around-time (TAT) by 60%
and reduces wastage in storage, Logistics and improves network uptime
Product and Solutions BV- Under this BV the vision is to engage in technology that
optimizes electrical power consumption sources and directly reduces operating expenditure
of Telecom industry over medium to long term. Effective Supply Chain management while
remains the driving factor in the success of this BV, customization and innovation has
always been key in customer acquisition and retention and internal portfolio expansion.
Turnkey Projects BV Under this BV the vision is to provide unparalleled project
management and technology consulting services. Deployment and expansions of Telecom
infrastructure at a very fast pace, at very competitive market price while maintaining
highest level of quality is how we view our success over recent past. The differentiation that
we bring is through adhering to the principles of LEAN SIGMA and PMI and continuous
improvement through structured project learnings.

The Repair Centre
Telenoetica equipment repair center has been established with a vision to make All
complex electronics repairable in Nigeria using high quality electronics components and
ensuring remarkable turn-around-time.
The repair LAB has been built in accordance with world-class quality standards and takes
special care in handling customer equipment.
It is a Fully Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protected Lab with tools such as Oscilloscope,
Frequency counter, In-circuit Debugger, True RMS Multi meter and multiple repair benches
for precision & quality repair works.
Telenoetica believes that all equipment received for repair are clients assets that have to
be protected from Fire, Moisture, rodents etc. All care is taken for the safe keeping of client
equipment while in our possession.
We have a standard practice of rendering a true and fair feedback on all BER (Beyond
Economic Repair) equipment irrespective of cost implication.
Robust sourcing mechanism followed for component purchases that are most times directly
from main dealers or OEMS.

Telenoetica Repair Centre Capabilities and Performances:
Our Principal Repair Center at Lagos had a enthusiastic Performance since its start. A Part
of our RnD Team in India is in perfect coordination with the reverse Engineering team at
Lagos.
The Combination helped the repair team to achieve marvellous results.

Service Level Agreement
Repair & Return
The Repair and return service consists of a set of activities aimed to correct any hardware
fault related to Equipment repairs. The repair operations are performed at Telenoetica
facility within a Repair Centre except for third party equipment where repair activities will
be performed at third party premises.
The Repair and Return service covers all the activities necessary for Research and
Development, Evaluation, to Repair and Testing of the repaired equipment.
After completion of activities, Telenoetica will update with a fault report and corrective
action as the case may be per module.
Logistics of Equipment
Telenoetica will be responsible for the pickup of Faulty Rectifier modules and return
on repairs or if BER to Clients warehouse for modules up to 25 units.
If there is an urgent requirement by CLIENT when fewer units are available, modules will be
released to CLIENT Engineer only on provision of Goods Received Note (GRN) for same
quantity to be received.
Turn Around Time
The repair service Turn-Around-Time (TAT) is established in 1 50 modules per week on
receipt of rectifier Modules from customer premises EX receiving date of the faulty module.
If a faulty item cannot comply within the TAT, these modules will be set aside for further
R&D and progressive repairs from Level 1 Level 3 repairs pending on level of fault.
Beyond Economic Repairs
If at any stage the faulty module is found not to be technically feasible, they will be
returned back to CLIENT warehouse within 4 weeks of receipt at no cost to the
customer.
Emergency Intervention
Telenoetica Engineers will be readily responsive to repairing up to 3 Modules once a week
in its Repair center. This is required only if an urgent network element is under threat and
Telenoetica has to stop all work and break a queue to serve CLIENT to revive the network.

We do have mobile
repair capability.
We developed a comprehensive, mobile Maintenance Service Report that covers all the
bestpractices steps for Power System inspection and maintenance service. Our qualified
technicians are available to perform any and all necessary repairs to each piece of your power
generation and supply equipment. Thus the root cause of the breakdown is taken care off
during sabotage situation.
During the inspection process we leave no detail overlooked. The inspection includes:
Examine the equipment, including external and internal condition checks by our technicians.
Identify needed service and repairs.
Perform necessary repairs.
In case onsite repair is not possible we bring the equipment at our nearest repair centre. And
install back after repair.
Our mobile experts are capable to perform sabotage handling and undertake servicing on the
following equipments:

Repair Warranty
Telenoetica offers a warranty of 6 months on any repaired module where the faulty parts
will be exchanged as part of this contract unless any of the following conditions apply.
Damage from Fire
Water ingress in module
Damage from vandalism or theft
Damage from war or acts of terrorism
Damage from equipment modification done without Telenoetica Permission
Any attempt of local repairs
If any of the above conditions prevail for a faulty module, Telenoetica will notify CLIENT on
the status and on approval fix the part which will be subject to an extra charge that will be
invoiced to CLIENT.
The Warranty covers only modules repaired by Telenoetica
End User support
The customer is responsible to provide support with an objective to establish a
centralized structure for proper accountability and effectiveness of repairs.
1. Prompt notification from end user on arising fault on repaired modules
2. Access to Test equipment on site for certain module types with unavailable Test Jig
3. Telenoetica repair process requires the following information to be provided before pick
up of any rectifier modules from the Warehouse.
