On the Menu Bar click File > Publish To PDF.

Step 04 - Color Settings

Click on the Color tab. Please make sure the Color management and Other color controls criteria
are set as above.

Next, click on the Document tab. Make sure Bookmarks, Encoding and On start, display criteria
are set as above.

Step 09 - Save PDF Settings

i. Now click on the General Tab.

ii. Ensure PDF preset and Compatibility criteria are set as above.
iii. Click the button at PDF preset.
iv. The Save PDF Preset dialogue box appears. Key in your PDF Preset Name. Click OK.
v. Click Save.
