Request for Late Tuition Payment

Subject: Request for Late Payment

Dear Chancellor Tan,

I would like to apply for Late Payment for my tuition fees this 1st semester of A.Y. 2017 2018. I have
enlisted a subject during the pre-enlistment period, but have decided not to continue due to financial
issues and the amount of time required of me by my current employment. It is my mistake that I wasnt
able to cancel the enlisted class and only remembered and found out recently.

Considering my current workload and finances, I have decided to push through with the subject. I believe
that with my academic achievements, it wouldnt be difficult to catch up with my peers. In this regard, I
would like to request for the approval for the late payment of my tuition fees on or before September 22,
2017.

I understand that failure to settle my obligations stated herein will result in the cancellation of my enlisted
subject this semester.
