Fourteen Hundred
SCENE 1
INT: LIVING ROOM DAY
FADE IN:
ANDRE PIERCE is slouching on his sofa in the living room
whilst playing a video game. He is bored out of his mind and
begins to fall asleep. He slowly closes his eyes and falls
asleep. He falls back with his head facing up.
ANDRE wakes up and his vision is very blurry. He can see a
mans legs in front of him. ANDRE slowly looks up and sees a
man dressed in black holding a blade, ready to kill him. The
man tries to stab ANDRE however he quickly blocks the knife
from slicing his head. He struggles to hold up the knife so he
kicks the man between the legs. He drops the knife and ANDRE
knocks him out with a right hook to the jaw.
ANDRE gets up and stumbles out of the living room with his
vision still slightly blurry. He stumbles to his front door
where he sees it fully open and a man standing, also dressed
in black, looking away from him. ANDRE runs up to him and the
man turns around. ANDRE grabs him by the collar and head-butts
him. The man falls to the ground. Another man gets out of a
red car in front of ANDREs drive. The man swings for ANDRE,
but he weaves and throws the man against the wall, knocking
him out. ANDRE drags the body into his front yard.
He then walks out of the gate as if nothing happened. He
crosses the road and looks left to see another man dressed in
black walking towards him. Andre pretends hes not there and
continues walking until an additional man dressed in black and
a mask walks out from a corner. The two men surround Andre.
Thats when Andre realises he is playing Surge. ANDRE looks
around him and quickly kicks the man in front. The man behind
throws a punch but ANDRE catches it and twists the mans wrist
and elbows him in the face and throws him into the other man.
The two men slowly approach him and one of them throws another
punch but he weaves and uppercuts him in the chin, knocking
him out. He then swings for the other man, hitting him in the
belly and then punches him in the face and also knocks him
out.
ANDREs vision becomes blurry and he drops to the ground and
blacks out.
SCENE 2
EXT FOREST DAY
FADE IN:
ANDRE opens his eyes and finds himself in an unknown area. A
forest. Confident with himself he runs into the forest. He
sees a man facing away from him. ANDRE dropkicks him. He
quickly gets back up and does a side flip over a tree trunk
and punches another man in the abdomen. He then kicks another
man in the chest who was running towards him and he flips
another man to the ground.
ANDRE runs down the path and sees a man with a firearm. He
stops running and gets him from behind. ANDRE stumbles forward
and the man throws a punch but Andre weaves and throws the man
in front. He doesnt hit the man back but instead uses him as
a human shield. The man with the firearm keeps shooting at him
until he runs out of bullets. ANDRE runs to him and fly kicks
him but he moves out the way. ANDRE swings for the man but he
weaves and ANDRE takes a big punch to the jaw. ANDRE stumbles
back and waits for his opponent to attack. The man swings but
ANDRE catches his punch and grabs his arm around the back,
kicks the back of his knees and dislocates his arm.
Yet again ANDREs vision becomes blurry and he falls against a
tree and blacks out. Stage 2 complete.
SCENE 3
EXT OLYMPIC PARK DAY
FADE IN:
ANDRE opens his eyes to familiar grounds. ANDRE begins running
towards the main stadium where he sees two men dresses
casually walking towards him. ANDRE approaches them and they
trip him up and they begin kicking him. ANDRE stops moving for
a few seconds and the men stop as well. ANDRE gets back up
quickly and punches one in the jaw and one in the eye. One of
them throws a punch but ANDRE weaves and hits him in the belly
and spin kicks the other in the jaw. ANDRE continues running
to the stadium and sees another man, impatiently; he does a
flick back handspring and punches him in the abdomen knocking
him out cold.
ANDRE reaches outside of the stadium where he sees his final
opponent. JOHN WICK, dressed in all black and a trench coat.
ANDRE runs at him throwing a large swing but he dodges it
easily. ANDRE tries the same thing again and yet again misses.
ANDRE then approaches him cautiously throwing a left and
right. He throws one back and ANDRE weaves and uppercuts his
belly. WICK kicks ANDRE and keeps kicking him back. ANDRE then
quickly moves his other kick and swings for WICK but he
weaves, knees him in the belly and head. Weak on the ground,
ANDRE tries getting back up but its too late. WICK approaches
him and knocks him out.
SCENE 4
INT LIVING ROOM DAY
FADE IN:
ANDRE wakes back up in his living room, coughing hard, out of
breath and in shock. He lays his head back and relaxes.
Someone then knocks on the door and ANDRE gets up and walks to
the door. The man, dressed in all black, is facing away. He
then turns around and pulls the same knife that almost killed
him at the start.
