RE: JUSTIFICATION

Sir:
In connection with the unobtainable biometric data dated June 13, 2017 more particularly on
afternoon log out, the undersigned humbly signifying the following justifications:
1. That I am present on the above-cited date based on school logbook record;
2. That the biometric data manifested my attendance only in the morning log in and log
out;
3. That sometime on the above referred date at about 5:00 PM I stayed in my room for
some paper works; and
4. That the administrative office where the biometric machine is sited was already
locked making it impossible for me to perform log out entry in my afternoon
attendance.
Hoping that this justification merits your favorable attention and approval.
