OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

Primary objectives:

To study about the job involvement of the employees.

Secondary objective:

To study the personal goals are related with my job.

To know the most of my interests are related with my job.

To know the working condition prevailing in their current job.

To know the uneasy/uncomfortable when things go bad at work.

To know the life matter more than my job.

To know the management is always consistent with organization goals, policies, and

objectives.

To know the overwork to finish things even if I dont have the necessary time.

To know the commitment to my job is hard to be broken.
