Employee Job Involvement Study

A study measured job involvement of employees using Kanungo's (1982) Job Involvement Questionnaire (JIQ). The JIQ asks respondents to indicate their level of agreement on various statements related to job involvement, such as how much they like spending time at work, whether their personal goals are related to their job, and if they would continue working even without pay. The questionnaire contains 23 statements for measuring different aspects of an individual's job involvement.
