The reason why I choose Present Continuous Tense as my material because I think it is a

good material to be taught. Moreover they need the material to develop their English. And then I

think that it would be easier to teach them because I can give many examples about Present

Continuous Tense. For example I can ask them to say what are they doing . I can also ask them

to say what are their plan using this Tense. When they do that , they will understand about it. For

me, this material is very [Link], the major reason why I want to do this project because I

want to be more confident. And the I want to convince my self that I was able to do it.

At the first, I greet them and have introduced myself, asked their name one by one. I think that it
is very important if you want to be a teacher. You have to know their name because it will be

easy to communicate with them. When they introduced their name I see that they are happy with

that. But I feel that it is very difficult to make them happy. I try to do that but I cant. I think it is

the most difficult thing for me when Im teaching.

After that I start my topic about Present Continuous Tense. I explained what is the meaning of

the Tense. And then I explained them how to use the Tense. When I explained it, Im sure they

know Present Continuous Tense just talking about action that happening now. I know it

because when I say that it can also used to talk about action in the future they look confused.

That is why I give them many examples about it. After that I explained how to use it in negative,

positive, and question sentence. After I finished with this I dont forget to ask them is it clear?.

They answered that they have understood with that. Before I close it, I give them exercises and a

picture. I think they are happy with this. Finally I close my class.

I think thats all for my report of microteaching project. Thank you
