Other terms of condition

Force majeure: Should any contingencies arise which prevent complete or partial
fulfilment by either party of its respective obligations under this
agreement, namely fire, acts of element, wars, military operations,
blockades, strikes or any other contingencies beyond the parties
control, the time stipulated for the fulfilment of the obligations under
this agreement shall be extended for a period equal to that during such
contingencies will remain in force. The party for whom it becomes
impossible to meet the obligations under this agreement shall
immediately advise the other party of the beginning and the cessation
of circumstances preventing the execution of its obligations.

Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of related to this


agreement, or to the breach termination or invalidity thereof, which
cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competence of the
English courts.
